VICTORIA BALLARD BELL, AIA
Victoria Ballard Bell has Masters
degrees from the
University of Virginia in architecture and urban planning.
She was awarded a three-year Frederick P. Rose Architectural
Fellowship with Design Corps, her husband
Bryan Bell's non-profit architecture firm in
Raleigh. This Fellowship provided the framework
for Bell to design, fundraise, and have built a job-training
center in one of the nation's poorest communities in rural
Alabama. |
