JOHN WILLIAM FARABOW, JR., AIA

John Farabow has been President of HR Associates PA, the successor firm to Holloway and Reeves, since 1984. For a time, the firm was located in Milton Small's former offices at 105 Brooks Avenue, Raleigh.

1973 - The Allison R. Manson Residence, 4020 Woodbine Road, Raleigh. Sold in 2001 to current owners Fida and Assam Nehme. Photos by Leilani Carter. This was Farabow's first residential project.

1977 - The Michael D. and Constance L. Williams Residence, 7105 Rainwater Road, Raleigh. Farabow also designed two additions in 1990 and 2002. Top photo from 1996. Bottom photo from 2002 before the addition. Built for current owners.

1977 - The John W. and Elizabeth Farabow Residence, 727 Staley Court, Raleigh. Farabow was also the builder. The site overlooks Crabtree Creek and had vertical Cypress siding. Sold in 1985 to Rene and Mary Miller. Sold in 1999 to David and Barbara Brumitt. Sold in 2003 to current owner Barbara Wiedemann.
