Our detailed content is America's most extensive -- which is why devoted modernist-oriented visitors return again and again.

The best way to preserve NC Modernist houses is to keep them occupied!  Without active owners and tenants, houses left vacant can die a slow, often painful death resulting in demolition.  As part of our ongoing preservation program, TMH provides free For Rent listings to reduce vacancy and get these houses the caring occupants they deserve.

SUBMISSIONS Submit any North Carolina Modernist house, whether by owner or through an agent.  Submissions are reviewed and edited within 48 hours and, if approved, posted shortly thereafter.  Please include the rental rate and other details in the comments.

If any listed houses are no longer for rent, please let us know.
