1963 - Franklin designed a house for himself and his wife Marietta on 1113 Glen Eden, Raleigh.  Bought in 1998 by current owner Elizabeth Galecke.    

1958 - His traditional ranch house on 210 Perquimans, Raleigh, now for sale.  2146 sf.  Owned by Marietta Franklin. 

1961 - The Kelso House, New Bern NC.  Sold to Chris and Ann Williams. 
Renovated by Charles Holden.  Sold again in 2006.
