GREENSBORO MISC

1942 - The Marc and Clara May Friedlaender House, Greensboro NC.  Address unknown. 
Designed by Jack Pickens Coble (1910-1994). 


1952 - The Wesley Doggett House, 1217 Lakewood, Greensboro NC.  Designed by architect Wesley Doggett, an early graduate of the NCSU School of Design.  Sold in 1982, the new owners remodeled and changed most of the modern interior.  Sold in 2006 to Michael E. and Carla Wood.  Went on the market in 2010.  Went into foreclosure in 2011.  Sold in 2012 to Ola Taras.


1952 - 2314 Princess Ann Street, Greensboro NC.  Architect unknown.  
Destroyed.  Sold to Wolfe Construction. 


1954 - The W. W. Stone House, 113 West Keeling, Greensboro NC.  Architect unknown. Built by the Starmount Company.  Sold in 1957 to Abraham (Abe) and Shirley Blumenthal.  Sold in 1987 to Avery and Martha Faw.  Sold in 2011 to Heather McClain Howell and Wade Howell.  Sold in 2012.  Renovations by Rusty Long. 


 

1957 - The A. A. Oliver, Jr. Residence, 3214 Forsyth Drive, Greensboro NC.  According to Aubrey Kirby, it was designed by Mays and Parks.  Sold to Thomas and Cotten Moring.


1958 - 2323 Princess Ann Street, Greensboro NC.  Architect unknown. 
Sold to Seymour and Carol Levin. 


Around 1965 - The M. L. Sechrest House, High Point NC.   Address unknown. 
Designed by William F. Freeman.  Built by Cagle and Wallace.
 


1969 - 4800 Oakcliffe, Greensboro NC.  Architect unknown. 
Sold to Isaiah and Linda Johnson.







1989 - The Vivien K. and Edward J. Bauman House, 16 Elm Ridge Lane, Greensboro NC.  Designed by Carl Myatt.  Built by Bea Melton.  Sold in 2012.


1991 - The Ruberg Residence, 8000 Willow Glen Trail, Greensboro NC. 
3400 sf.  Designed by Mario Grigni.
